I have put on at least a stone since having my daughter (9 months old) in additon to already being quite round. I am a terrible snacker. when cooking/feeding DD you name it I'll be snacking. I was just wondering if any of you had tried just having 3 good meals a day with no snacking in between. I thought this woudl help as I dont think I pig out at meals.

hmmm..... i have started having 3 meals a day (rather then snacks in between too) and if hungry in the eve i nibble on veggies and dip, and sometimes in the day i may have fruit....

i know that if i start to heavily snack i'll go pearshaped (lol lol).

and since starting this (as opposed to a set diet) I have lost at least a stone in about 7-8 weeks!!!!!!

about to read the thread on can you ever NOT diet cos that is my next concern when i shift the next stone and hit target.......

Wow! That is very inspiring. 3 meals a day it is then. I have also tried Paul Mackenna but find I need something a little more structured. I really like his approach so will try and combine some of the techniques (I really find the finger tapping exercise works to get rid of cravings) with 3 meals a day. I feel all fired up now. Thanks for that!
