Do I stand a chance?

Am breastfeeding, sleep deprived, on my period, still suffering some pnd but desperately want to lose some weight. Any chance? Have tried several diets, woe etc and just can't stick it. All I want to eat is cake. And chocolate. All day. Maybe a sausage cob too.

Am I doomed to be a whale forever? Will this too pass?!

Someone give me some hope... Or join me for a whinge! Grin

the main thing is to set small, achievable targets to get your head in a good place and all else will follow in time

Hi iamfine I'm basically the same as yourself had my dd3 11 weeks ago, and after both my dds 1&2 I waited at least a good year before tackling the baby weight but this time I just want to loose it, instead of sitting about eating chocolate adding to the weight ive already got on! so I started about 4 weeks ago doing what is mentioned in the link talkinpeace posted above and have lost 1 stone 2lbs!!! I didn't even realise there was such a diet as the no s diet, it was just with lack of sleep and taking care of a small baby and 2 other children I know calorie counting and dieting ie weight watchers, I would loose the will to live with them!! So I've cut out snacking, have 3 meals a day, healthy food which is nice and not diet like or low fats and I don't eat after 6pm....go for an hours walk every morning with dd in her pram and have the things I crave at the weekend it really is working and doesn't feel like I'm on a diet!

Talkinpeace was so good to read that link makes me feel like a good way of life something I can achieve and stick to....give it a trial of 3 weeks imfine that's how I started and im now on week 5, and I feel sooo much better ;-)
