After some friends, 1 of whom has just lost coming up to 2 stone ! Thought I would give it a go.
Got a weeks supply just to see how I go with it from the site but there was no booklet enclosed just the packs. So I have been hitting the forums to see how I do this and what's best.
Started yesterday and today the thoughts of I'am not ready should have picked a better week have started lol.
Realise though that I need to shift weight and no matter what week I started it would be just the same.
Yesterday started out really good had a breakfast bar, dinner had a shake and it was no problem didnt feel hungry what so ever, come tea time and omg was I hungry.
Had one of the exante meals packs which to be honest was not the best in the world but I ate it all. I normally have really late nights so knew I had a hard long slog ahead of me and I caved in, I know first day and all that but I had a small amount of chicken breast and picked at it o er the evening. Then my husband came home with a small cooked lobster and I also emded up having a little bit of that to get the hunger away before bed.
Today I have been good so far, a bar and a shake so far.
I found a blog from a guy that lists certain foods you can eat and still be heading for and stay in katosis state. Chicken and lobster was on the list so I am guessing that I am still ok ? Also says black coffee counts as fluid intake along with water so as I drink that anyway this I am finding that a bonus if right :)
Can anyone say if this is right or am I completely messing up this diet ?
Thanks to anyone who reads or replies in advance all I have to go on is forums as no info was with the packs as to what I could do or couldnt do x
