Ideas for filling snacks

Hello all!

On day two of the diet!

I was wondering if anyone had ideas for healthy, yet filling snacks. I find the time between lunch (about 12) and dinner (eat at anything up until 7pm) a real struggle.

Ideas welcome :)

i tend to make snack things for my lunch and then eat half at lunchtime and then snack at the rest through the afternoon.

alternatively try eating a bigger meal at lunchtime and a smaller one at tea time.

snacks - rice cakes, fruit, vegetables, (chopped up cos you feel like your eating more and you can pick at a bit then go back for more later), drink water everytime you want to eat as most of the time your not hungary just craving food (more psychological)
