I am on day 8 of the shred, just finished the first one of level two. Moved up as seeing no difference to my body and finding it quite easy, but found level two so hard! I'm aching all over even though I had a day off yesterday, I'm feeling so discouraged.

I go on holiday in 25 days and I feel terrible about my body. I'm eating a very healthy diet, lots of protien and veg with a little bit of brown pasta/brown bread. No sugary drinks only 2 litres of water a day and snacks of fruit only and one natural yogurt a day. Been eating like this for 8 days as well.

I am also brisk walking 30 mins a day 5 days a week.

But I feel like a bit fat lump Sad I was really looking forward to my holiday but now I'm dreading putting a bikini on. I'm an untoned size 8-10 9st 7 and 5ft 3.

Losing weight doesn't bother me, I just want to be firmer and look good.

Sooooo how much difference do you think I can make with 24 more days of the shred level 2/3, walking and a healthy diet?

Depends on how responsive your body is, you might feel a bit less wobbly but it's not much time to build muscle. Walking needs to be at a speed which you find slightly uncomfortable to work your butt - long strides. Your doing your health a favour, if nothing else. Good luck.

A huge amount! Start measuring your body and keep at it.

Can you run in addition to shred?

Can you get some ankle weights & wear them when you walk, do jobs around the house (anything except the shred really). I wear them & they do increase resistance quite a lot. Maybe wrist weights as well if you're not embarrassed for people to see them under your sleeves.
