Until I have to be in a bikini 
I want to lose 7 - 10 pounds and tone up. Will I be able to do it in a month???
I WILL shred every day
plus a half hour walk 5 days a week.
My diet:
Bfast: small skinny latte, yakult and apple
Lunch: sandwich - small slice brown bread, with one slice jarslburg cheese (pre sliced so thin) cuecumber and 2 slices wafer thin ham. And a ski yogurt.
Dinner: homemade veg soup with whole meal roll
Or salmon/chicken with brown pasta, peas, broccoli
and a little bit of grated cheese
Or 2 egg omlette with tomato, spinach, mushroom
and cheese.
Snacks: strawberries, grapes, cherry tomatoes and a nectarine.
Is this ok? Will I be able to do it?? My confidence has been on the floor this year and I have two beautiful bikinis that I want to feel good in
