Are they any good for inch loss and tone up?

I do an hour of cardio at the gym 4 times a week. Swim once or twice and jog once or twice a week. Am also on slimming world. Ideally I want another 2 stone off to get back where I was summer 2010 but my first target is 1 more stone asap.

However, I want to tone up (quickly for my holiday in August).

£30 will buy me 10 sessions at our local leisure centre but have been told I need to be using one every other day for good results. Thats £££.

Have seen some home ones as well. Are these pants or any good?? Home one would work out cheaper in the long run but can you actually do the excercises on them??

Thoughts???

For toning, you would be better to invest in a set of hand weights and/or kettle-bells, and a one off session with a PT to devise you a programme.

I agree, for toning, weights, bodypump or kettlecise.
I go on the vibroplates at our gym to loosen up my legs a bit, just once or twice a week.
They are good for that but I think your gym is charging too much (£10 for 10 sessions of 10mins at ours) and you unlike ly to get the results you would from weight/resistance work.

I've got one I'm trying to sell! Bought it 3 months ago, love it madly, but have suffered an injury (not related) and won't be able to use it again :( But it's so addictive, there are set 10 minute programmes it freestyle, a dvd to demonstrate different exercises, its very quiet, portable but heavy so sturdy. I'd recommend one for sure :)
