I have been on the low camp bootcamp. Didn't do well the first week but settled back into it now.
A couple of questions (I can't find the questions bootcamp thread).
- I need some ideas for breakfasts. I have been having omelates but if I see another egg I'm going to scream. I'm going to have bacon tomorrow but I'm aware I shouldn't be eating too much of the processed stuff. Any breakfast ideas.
- Is it common to get bad breath on this diet. Mine has been awful this week. Even with good dental hygiene it's still not been great. How I can I stop this?
