I'm new to SW, and just started on Thursday.

I have a question I wanted answering before my group this week and wondered if any of you knew the answer!

With the healthy extras, if I don't have my a choice, can I save it up? I don't drink milk, but love cheese on food. But I don't have cheese every day. So I haven't used my A choice on 3 out of 4 days. Is this a problem? Should I be having it any way? Or can I have double the cheese if I haven't had any for a few days?

Also, I cook using veggie mince a lot, and I know quorn is definitely free. But I keep getting different answers when it comes to the shops own stuff. I usually get Asdas own veggie mince. Can anyone clarify this?!

You do need to have your HE every day. There is quite a chemistry to SW and if you fiddle with it, it can throw things off.

Sorry can't answer about the veggie mince.
