I'm absolutely gutted! Used to have really bad ibs which would often leave me in agony, being sick or bed ridden. I had this when I was size 8-10 but over the years I have gone up to size 12-14 and it all went away. Recently I'm back to a healthy size 10 and I have just eaten pizza and I am bloated like I've eaten a football and nauseas to the extreme.
How can I beat this demon without putting on weight again. Has anyone managed to solve it?
