I like Karen barnaby's low carb gourmet

There's a bbc good food low carb book coming out at the end of this month. Obviously don't know how good it is yet but it's only about a fiver and will have lots of pictures!

Avoid the cookbooks written by health gurus and doctors the I think there are a few blogs which are pretty good. I breathe...I'm hungry has a good ebook - most of her recipes can be found on her blog, she has a great palate and focus on flavour.
Marks daily apple and health bent are well worth a look, although some of the recipes are higher in carbs than you may want as they are Primal/Paleo

I like the Idiot Proof Diet cookbook.

I have the detox cookbook - not specifically a low carb one but the recipes are YUM (and easy) and most of them are low carb.

I use the bootcamp recipe thread but want another book too :)
