I do the 30 day shred usually, probably just four times a week rather than daily though. I am recently pregnant so have started thinking about what I'm going to do instead later on in pregnancy, and I figure I can continue with the shred for the first trimester, and maybe even in the second trimester but drop any abs that require lying flat on my back. So does anyone have any recommendations for third trimester workouts, that are similar to the shred?
