Good people,
I know I don't have lots to lose compared to some here but I seem to lose the same half stone every spring and spend the rest of the year putting it back on. I feel better at 9.7 but I always even out around 10 Stone.
I'm wondering which thread I should join. I do yoga, that helps to feel toned. I have all the DVDs and they sit there doing nothing. Myfitnesspal has worked in the past but, in me, I find it encourages unhealthier eating - I eat things I wouldn't normally eat because they have the exact calories written on them. Couch25K would be great for me, I've started it before.
Does anyone else have a 7lb problem?
