well ladies, I've tried many diets, many eating plans and too many crash fad programmes.

I have finally admitted to myself that it is actually a balanced diet and exercise that works... obvious I know. But it's taken me this long (I'm 34 and have two DD's) to actually admit that it works. (I always thought there must be an easier way ...)

I have now been doing exercise workouts 4+ times a week for over a year now. I mostly do Jillian Michaels after discovering 30 day shred and have moved on to Ripped in 30, and her other stuff.

I just wanted to say... it really works. and not only do I look better, I'm am fitter than I've ever been, I'm toned, and my mood is great most days.

I can't believe it's taken me this long to realise.

I've recently started buying a women's health magazine and read that your 30's is the pivotal time to start good exercise habits, and if you reach your 40's and haven't started by then, your likely to never have a healthy attitude to fitness and exercise.

It's all falling into place for me. I'm not my ideal weight, I'm always striving to improve and maybe shed a few lbs each time they creep on. but I'm accepted that it doesn't matter what my scales says. as long as I'm comfortable in the clothes I wanted to fit into.

I just wanted to share. Smile If you've read this and haven't tried 30 day shred yet, give it I whirl. it's changed my life. (corny I know, but my attitude is so different now)
