Does anyone know of anything that is safe to take as a diet aid when breastfeeding?

Sorry posted too soon.

Self control and motivation have abandoned me and I need something to help me lose the weight.
Am trying 5:2 but feel I need to curb the appetite. Quit smoking to get pregnant and don't fancy starting that again but that was what helped me before.
Now I've nothing!
