I need to lose weight and I have made and appt for tomorrow to join the local gym . Shock
what should I ask ?
what do I need to know ?
how often do I need to go for it to make a difference ?

and am I hoo.g to pointed and laughed at ?

I need to lose about three stone Sad

yay ! thank you , how often do you go ? I need to stop eating so much and do the moving and running about thing but it all sounds a bit depressing sometimes .

I go to classes so I HAVE to move.

Motivated you see...

I'm going about 3-4 times a week and I'm feeling the benefit.

Have been going for about 18 months now and feel it helps my mood as well as my waist line.

Have had more than you to lose in the past, it really helps, go for it.
First few weeks are hard but it becomes your routine, I promise.

thank you , the Mums I know that go are very nice , I just feel a bit embarrassed I suppose which I know is daft .

at least it is early so it will all be done early .
