M&S Fuller Longer Diet

Anyone following this? Yes I know it is a bit expensive but I am a rubbish cook, very very busy with kids and work and I wanted to do something like diet chef but found the meals unappetising and very expensive. I have a good M&S near me that does a huge range so I just buy 7 x sarnie or salad and 7 x ready meals plus a bit of extra veg. The meals are actually very nice and not too high in salt.

Here is the plan

And an article on it

Am hoping to lose 4-5 stone by the end of Sept (I am a bridemaid on 29th Sept) and I am trying to do as much exercise as I can with DVDs at home plus a couple of runs a week with a friend.

Fingers crossed!
