I don't know!
But I'm gonna give it a good bloody how with you!
I've got a similar amount to lose(possibly a cpl pounds extra).
I've just done the Paul McKenna gastro band hypnosis thingy and will be doing the 30 day shred exercises.
In only on day one however!
It seems like such a lot to lose and in a short arse but I'm determined and have a bikini to look decent in in July so ill try anything.
How is the wedding planning going, are you all sorted?

You've got a great incentive to do it, I wish u all the best.
I'm undecided in the Paul McKenna thing tbh.
Read book and listen to trance cd last night. I haven't snacked at all today and haven't had any coca cola or Pepsi which is my big downfall.
But I have had a bowl of chilli for dinner and some Sunday lunch for tea.
In my defence it was a slimming world chilli and I only had one pudding and no roasties on my dinner.
I think ill listen to cd again.
But I'm eating less, not drinking a ridiculous amount of full fat coke and doing the 30 day shred, it's a step in the right direction isn't it!?
I'm also gonna try to get back into playing netball, I used to love playing and it didn't feel like exercise so hopefully my old team would just let me train with them

Lift weights. It will be worth the expensive of 1 personal training session to get you started on the right track.

Good luck
