I have successfully lost 2 stone since last year but have 7 pounds to go. I seem to do great in the week but at the weekend it's like a green light gets switched on to EAT! And then all my hard work goes wasted. I put on 2lb this wknd and whilst most is probably water and I can lose it easy, I don't want this wknd to be the same. Does anyone have any tips/encouragement on how to survive the dreaded wknd?
