Tried shred for the first time today and the most alarming thing was the jumping jacks weak pelvic floor combo...
Soooo did a google and apparently kegels are over rated (you can do too many) and the best thing is to squat in the shower and do a pee! Dare I try this, do i want to do jumping jacks that badly?
Ps anyone else want to call jumping jacks flap jacks?
