Any ideas re appetite suppressants - I have seen things like CLA 24 , Perfect 10 and Xpisan in Boots/ pharmacies. Have any Mumsnetters used them? If so what do you recommend ? I am often hungry, and would love not to be so. Don't want to use Alli as i heard the side effects are dreadful and already have gastric problems. I sm eating too much chocolate at the moment. can hou buy will power??? From Fed up fatso!!!

Ooh I wouldn't do it especially if you have gastric problems. I tried years ago some of those protein drinks and I was bunged up for DAYS. apparently that's the idea! Blush.

If you're eating too much chocolate do you think you might be anemic? Can you get tested? Spinach and other green leaves help with iron levels and don't have the same impact on the waist-line.

As for suppressants, I find soups help sometimes. sorry not more helpful...
