i gave up dieting when i found out i was pregnant. only put on two stone during pregnancy which is great compared to last prengancy and managed to lose weight fairly quickly after the birth.....here comes the BUT....i haven't been able to take up the healthy eating routine again and so i have gained ALOT of weight and would like to lose two stone. What im looking for i support and to give support to others wanting to lose around the same weight. i really dont want to join a slimming club. what i would like to do is to swap email addys (msn is great for instant help) and to start a weekly weigh in with tips on exercise and recipes for busy mums.
