hi could some tell mehow to lose this bottom? i can't fit into my pre preg trousers.and its not the tummy its my bottom. help!

say, would running up and down the stairs do? haven't got a treadmil and don't go to gym. something i could do at home? Smile

Lie on the floor on your back and do slight upwards bottom thrusts (only very small movement needed) - do about 50 a day, only takes 5 mins maximum and you'll see a difference. After 10 days of doing this even my dh noticed a reduction in size!!

hey pernod, i was just going to say my friend told me to do that years ago to lose weight back there and had anyone tried. thanx for the posts. oh, she had said it goes faster if i had my bottom wrapped in some plastic filmGrin i didn't take her seriously, but never tried as i never needed it then. oh, should i have my knees bent as my back still hurts from the birth?

oh, i don't eat chips/crips. haven't had chocolate br in ages. only had cakes and cookies tho not by 'bucket load' Smile

Ninaar I know what you mean although when I do get into a pair of jeans my tummy hangs over. Will have to try those bottom thrusts I'm desperate too reduce by rear. 10 days at 50 a day.
