bettydavis My fellow, much more experienced, Shredders always say that you should not weigh yourself every week. As long as you do your personal best and (IMO) restrict calories a little bit, it should work. If nothing else you should get much more toned. I personaly has not seen a gradual change, but it was quite radical once it started to work.
It also depends on your starting weight. I needed to lose 3 stones, so the first stone just fell off once started any form of exercise it seems. The second one was a lot harder, and I am working on the third one.
Don't give up now! (I nearly said little donkey, if you know the song, it is still Christmas in our house. I had to lie and say Christmas songs are removed from youtube after the 6th January.)
