....have a huge takeaway tonight?

Can't be arsed to cook. It could be the last one I have for a few months. Could practically guarantee a good weight loss figure in my first week.

However, I should really save the ££ and also am already huge after Christmas eating!

Did you manage to resist the urge, jazzcat?

Good luck with the weight loss :)

I would say no but if you weigh loads tomorrow you will get a good morale boost when you loose 'loads' next week!

Had a takeaway, nearly died of embarassment at the first weigh in this morning, but am hoping that at least 4lb will magically drop off next week!

I had a huge meal the night before I joined WW and a large pudding too. I called it the last supper. Lost loads of weight the first week, cant actually remember how much but I think it could have been 5 lbs. Good luck.
