After having two kids, have mummy tummy. So....the question is...if I work really hard at getting it toned & flat (ish), will I have to work that hard forever? Pre-children I had a really nice flat tummy & never had to work at it! Surely the muscles once back will stay?! I am active but don't want to be a gym bunny forever. I am a fair weather runner & do pilates. Any experience of getting your tummy back & keeping it?
