It's nothing to do with the time of year, but I'm eating a bar of chocolate every day. I'm not overweight (yet) but am starting to put on weight.
Finding chocolate difficult to resist..
Any ideas? Please don't tell me just not to buy it, I wish it was that simple!

Could you try having a little bit every day as a treat? I have choc every day and have done so whilst losing almost a third of my body weight. A little of what you fancy...in moderation!

How about only buying fun size bars and only having one a day?
Or a hot chocolate drink?

You're in control of what you put in your mouth. Unfortunately no one else can do it for you.

Get a bar of dark chocolate and just have a square.

Aldi have dark chocolate - 5 small bars in a pack. You could freeze the other 4 and just have one a day, so it's less sugar than you're eating now.

The only thing that gets me over chocolate addiction is not eating it. Once I have a bar I then want some all the time. I couldn't do the school run without buying a bar on the way there and the way home and I would be thinking about it all the time. But if I can get through a week or so without it then I simply stop thinking about it. It's bizarre. I am a real chocoholic buit I haven't touched any in months now. But come Christmas I will be addicted all over again.

I used to eat FIVE bars a day. I was literally addicted to it. The only way I overcame it was giving it up completely, going cold turkey. I could never just eat one bar as I just wanted more.
I started eating those nakd cocoa bars. They're not as nice as chocolate but satisfied my urge and seem healthier, I was able to get by with one a day of those and now can't remember the last time I ate chocolate.
