I've seen the other toning thread, however since I'm nowhere near 'skinny fat'
I'm not sure I belong.
Just wondering if anyone has any advice about toning up? Full disclosure : I have 5DC, last two 11 months apart, youngest DC 4months so my body is a bit if a mess. Lost 34lbs following Slimming World, another couple of lbs to a healthy BMI, 25 until I'm happy weight-wise and really wanting to get my old figure back (is that even possible???).
Can't really get out without the DC so any classes are a no-no unfortunately. But I'm more than happy to do exercise DVDs, exercise plans etc with the kids watching on
.
I'm willing to put the effort in so any suggestions would be happily received.
Oh how I hope I'm not asking for a miracle.
