Newbie to this forum, only been on the pregnancy one. My DD is 2 weeks old tomorrow so i've decided to start back on the diet to lose the baby weight and a bit more (6 stone) altogether. I'm following the biggest loser diet and exercise plan, started it just before finding out i was expecting and followed it through out preg best i could, but now going to try and follow it to the letter and lose this middle tyre. Anyone else done the biggest loser diet?
