I know there are lots of threads about this already but I don't have time to trawl through them right now. Please can you share your fast day meals with me, ie, what do you typically eat for breakfasts, lunches and dinners? I will not have time to make/cook recipes from scratch so will rely on ready food. Some ideas I have are:
Breakfasts - banana or 2 oatcakes with a slither of peanut butter
Lunches - cottage cheese or low cal weight watchers soup
Dinners - er, more soup?!
Are vegetables free or do they have calories? Mainly interested in broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, sprouts
