Low Carb recipe books?

I've read Biffa & have reduced my carb intake reasonably well.

Trouble is I'm getting bored of the meals.
Breakfast & lunch are OK but dinners are soo dull.
I was having lots of meat/fish/cheese & salads but now it's getting colder I'm craving stodge.
Can anyone recommend a good recipe book?

low carb gourmet by karen barnaby is good

as is the idiot-proof diet recipe book (by Neris and India), though this doesn't give carb counts (this may not bother you if you're not strictly counting carbs)

There is also the low carb recipe thread from biwi's boot camp. if you want to join the thread you would be very welcome, and everyone has lots of meal ideas
