have found a recepie in tesco mag that i really want to make, but it doesnt give me enough info to point it. only started ww on thus (well, fri, got weighed on thurs night). i really want to make it though! ingredients are:

for 4:

900g stewing steak
3 tble spns flour
2 tble spns olive oil
1 x 330ml bottle dark belgian beer
25g butter
4 large onions
2 sticks celery
4 garlic cloves
2 bay leaves
1 tble spoon dark muscavdo sugar
1 tble spoon red or white wine vinegar

for croutons:
100g comte or emmental cheese
1 tble spn wholegrain mustard
4 thick slices of baguette

think i would prob need to leave out the crouton tho, or just use weekly bonus points?

or any ideas of other casseroles i could make? just got a casserole dish, would really like to use it!

I've not done WW but looking at the ingredients I'd guess that is a recipe to save for when you are at target - even without the croutons it's certainly very high in calories and fat, definitely not a diet recipe :)

How about something like this as a healthy alternative?
