under a new name here couldnt be bothered changing back. Started the 30 day shred today, have no weight to lose as such anymore just reducing body fat and toning. Done level 1 found it too easy so went on and added level 2 the weights parts here i found VERY hard and its burned, arm raises owwww! but overall cardio didnt really do it for me i was only slightly puffed my muscles couldnt take going onto level 3 too though. Decided im going to start doing levels 1 and 2 together for now 5 days per week, weekends off is this going to be enough or should i add another dvd daily for cardio?
