Hi,

I'm very new to this, I have spent my life stubbornly refusing to accept that I may be overweight Hmm I have never dieted just increased my exercise every now and then.

Any way a few weeks ago I was browsing through Waterstones and came across this book and since I was feeling a tad depressed and lethargic I thought I'd try it.

Three weeks later and I feel amazing! I have lost 4kg, I have loads of energy, I am no where near depressed despite a whole load of other life stresses, I actually fit into most of my clothes and even have a pair of jeans that are too big for me, in short; bring it on!

I am never hungry though I have to admit that I do sometimes crave sugar ( have to admit that I was probably a sugar addict) anyway I get over this by eating blueberries (a superfood, apparently Grin)

Anyone else got any thoughts/experience with it?
