The milk diet

Has anyone tried this? It was in Good Housekeeping last month.

Basically 2 days a week you only have 2 pints semi skimmed milk, 1 piece of fruit & 4 different vegetables at about 80g each, but no potatoes or corn allowed. I've lost 4llb in 2 weeks. It's so easy.

I'll try & link but bear with me cos I'm rubbish at things like this!

I saw a programme once where a women claimed she couldn't lose weight and was going to have surgery, so she was put on a milk diet - 2 pints of milk and (I think) multivitamins. (to show her she could, that there was no medical condition ) She lost weight!!
It sounds very similar to the diet you mentioned!!! I haven't tried it but good luck

Thank you! I find it very hard to lose weight due to rheumatoid arthritis making me less mobile so am hoping this will work long term & I don't give up.
