I really want to lose a stone. I am a size 10 but my clothes are getting very tight and A) I don't want to buy bigger ones and B) I can't afford to buy bigger ones.
Am planning on doing some exercise too, but need cheap easy diet ideas. Preferably ones that will fit in with feeding 3 kids too as I can't afford one lot of food for them and one for me.
My main problem is that I have my breakfast (usually toast) and by 10.30 I am starving and then I will have a bicuit or 2.
Any ideas appreciated, ta.
