It's the first time I've posted in this topic. I haven't done propoints before, last did weightwatchers about 8 years ago.
I am 11st5lb according to my bathroom scales, so they won't be chucked out any time soon (for consistency
).
I've given myself 6 months to lose 2 stone - 9 and half stone by the time we TTC again in the new year.
That's achievable isn't it? Any tips would be gratefully received!
