Just wondering if my plan can work.
Here is what I intend and trying to do:
Morning: "Lemon tea" - in truth boiled water with lemon juice
Breakfast: fruit/veg/poridge with semi-skimmed milk and some honey+fruit
Lunch: salad/soup or both
Dinner-smaller portion of family dinner with salad when possible followed by berries/fruit for pudding and coffee with a spoon of honey and semi-skimmed milk
Snacks: fruit/veg
Occasional plain biscuits/bread sticks with coffee
Dancing to music, walking, light work out
Would this plan help me loose 7 more kg? I've lost 5.
I'm 5'3 and I weigh around 67, can't say for sure as my scales keep changing their mind LOL.
I'm not in a hurry, happy to take time over the loosing weight but not happy to gain it back as I've done in the past loosing 10 kg and slowly gaining 11.
I'd like not to switch to skimmed milk and I like honey in my coffee instead of sugar but if this is all not working on the long term basis I'll try something different.
Any thoughts/advice/sharing experience?
I've invited in another thread to join me and had some people join but didn't hear from anyone, not sure if they liked my plan or decided it wasn't such a great one but if anyone would like to join or I hear from anyone on my previous treat I'll always reply.
