Do they work??

I'm doing Slimfast, have started a thread. It works as a kickstart, but no surprise because it's a very low calorie plan, so requires a bit of willpower to stick to it.

They work because you take in fewer calories than usual but most people put it back on as you don't develop good eating habits and revert to the way you ate before.
