Morning - I did a search yesterday for any info on this diet but didn't get many hits (and also timed out as using a dongle rather than proper 'tinternet).....
I have just signed up to this - a friend is doing Jenny Craig and reports great results, so thinking this will be similar but without the consultant and without the huge expense (she pays almost £300 a month for her food packs). Has anyone had any success on the this? Some other threads (on different forums) report that the food tastes good, it does work etc, but nothing really, well, gung-ho about it? Seems to be the case for most of the food delivery programmes?
Also, I dont get my packs until tomorrow, but doing a food shop tonight as my son is with his dad so can get this done. With Solo Slim, they don't provide any brekkie - for anyone doing/has done the diet, what would I be needing to buy for that meal? Guessing something like 30g of porridge with water/fruit or 30g of non sugary/high fibre cereal is okay? Can you have various (i.e. all types of) fruit and veg on the programme? Really want to avoid scenario where I get the packs tomorrow ready to start on Weds and then have to go back to the supermarket again on Weds evening to avoid temptation...also good to have some foods ready for Weds brekkie and snacks that day (againm without having to go back to the shops)....
