What can I do in 2 weeks?

Yes I know I should have thought of this a little sooner but life took over as it so often does. Am off to Menorca in just over 2 weeks time & would like to do something (anything) to make me look a little less of an elephant on the beach. I know fad diets are dangerous so over to you guys - what can i do??

I've just lost 1\2 stone on weight watchers in just under 2 weeks. Maybe worth giving it a go with as much exercise as you can manage.

Walk to work and back if poss, or if at home get out for a fast walk am and pm ( with buggy if you have little ones around)

Low carb and nothing processed

Also get out on bike if poss or just run around after kids lots ( if you have)

Have you thought about the Shred...? Although you are supposed to do it over 30 days I noticed big improvement in arms and tum within 10

cut out snacks. lose the carbs as much as is humanly possible for you. Up your exercise. In 2 weeks you could easily lose 4 pounds without really giving it much thought. (i can't be bothered with counting calories or syns or anything else, if you can then my fitness pal is good way to keep track ).
