Juicemaster diet + Shred

I've stumbled across some old threads about the Juicemaster diets and, having looked into it further, it seems like a great way to kickstart my (much needed) diet. Just wondered if anyone else was doing it?

I've just stopped breastfeeding and so have no more excuses for eating so much and doing no exercise. I'm 5'4" and way 11stone + (I think, need to weigh). I want to get under 10.

I'm thinking of combining it with the Shred if anyones interested in joining me?

Can I just ask - is the Juicemaster diet just juices? BEcause if so I wouldn't combine it with the Shred - won't you go lightheaded and pass out??

Sorry if foolish question!

I think so - It's just 7 days though then I plan to add in salad/soup for the remaining 23 days.

From what I've read it's likely I'll have more energy from just the juices than I would normally.
