My weightloss/tone up plan went to pot, I am no lighter or slimmer than a month ago Sad. Apart from the Shred how can I realistically lose inches? TIA.

Can't speak from experience, BUT, my cousin is on the weight watchers shake plan and she lost 4lb in 4 days.

2 meal replacement shakes and a meal a day. You do have to calorie count but she has a ww app on her phone so it's easy for her to do.

Cousin does all sorts of diets etc and has lost over five stone. She's at slimming world which she swears by, but if she's got something coming up like a hol or wedding, she'll go on a quick fix plan just to get a few pound off.

No carbs for two weeks also lost her quite a bit.

And she did the soup diet too.

But whatever you choose, please be sensible about it. Even though fads aren't really sensible iyswim.

You need to look at why it 'went to pot' and start again with a different/amended plan. For example were your aims re. exercise realistic? Did you meal plan and shop with a list? Are you us9ng something like 'myfitnesspal' to track your food and exercise?

Making small sustainable changes is probably going to be more effective than a major changing everything plan all at the same time.
