but I need to start. It needs to be easy as I've got so much on, and since its not the top of my priorities other things will get in the way. No time for complicated or tracking.
I would like to loose 1.5 stone and would like to have lost a fair bit by August. I walk at least 1/2 hour a day already and can't find time for more. Its just my food.
What is the easiest way I can do this?
