I am so unbelievably fat right now. I have never been this big before and i hate it. Things havent been helped given the fact i stopped smoking a month ago and have pretty much ate through the cravings and i swear i feel more hungry now. So what diets work well (not really able to got to meetings and stuff because of the kids).

try www.myfitnesspal.com
calorie tracker.

Start slow (best way to make sure you stick to it).

Week 1 just track what you are eating and see what's happening.

Week 2 make your first adjustment - e.g. eat 5 portions of fruit/veg a day plus 3x 30 mins exercise (can be just a walk).

Week 3 start swopping bad choices for good but only one or two at a time.

I've been doing this since January and have lost 33 pounds (over 2 stone) and 10.5 inches round my waist so far. And its getting faster and faster as I add more things. PLus is quite easy as not trying to go from zero to 100 in one go.

I used to use tesco diets but they have changed their payment options since i last used them. They no longer accept maestro. Tescos diet used to work really well for me since i had a meal plan and i always had problems eating everything on my plan
