Cambridge diet vs. slim fast

Has anyone done the Cambridge diet? I'd like to lose about 2st (12 1/2 currently) - just wanted some opinions really! If not I've done slim fast before & remember it to be ok. Advice is appreciated!

I'm doing the Cambridge diet now, tomorrow is my first full week and to be honest its not been as bad as I thought it might be.
I need to lose 3.5 to 4 stone and so far I've lost 11lb.
The water intake is a little hard to get used to as I don't really like it but other than that a big thumbs up

Cambridge puts you into a state of ketosis and lower calorie intake, so there is no hunger. A good consultant will also teach you how to maintain and talk about why you overeat. I did Cambridge, and lost 2.5 stone. I put 7lb back on over a few months of eating shite. Have been low carbing (like their higher plans) for three weeks and lost it all and aiming for more.

For me I'd pick Cambridge over slimfast every time

Cambridge is complete nutrition. So, apart from bottled water if you want it, and fibre89 - to combat constipation if it's a problem, you don't need anything else.

From memory with slimfast, you still have to eat 1 meal per day, and buy stuff for that,

Also the points to do with ketosis and its appetite-reducing effects mentioned above.
