Dukan - I need MAJORE help, PLEASE preeety please

Just signed up at the cost of £40 to Dukan website. Desperate to lose a stone. The website reckoned if I stick to the plan I could have lost it in 5 weeks yay!

But now I've signed up - what next? No confirmation email yet. What do I actually do???

Personally I think you have been had! The website was exposed in the paper as a con. Can you get your money back?

Buy the book from amazon and follow the rules. I also use myfitnesspal to keep track of what I am eating.

Basically first few days just lean protein. Then add vegetables every second but best to read the book.
