Im going on hols,3 weeks today. Its only four days away, but in Nice, so swimwear will be essential.
I've been doing ivf and put on a lot of weight, 1.5-2 inches around the waist, I'm wearing leggings all the time now, jeans won't go near me, by legs have got much thicker too :(
I've never dieted don't know what to do, and I've a gym membership; never go. What should I eat to lose weight... Quickly...
Will someone please be my diet/gym buddy and nag me to keep to it please. Generally down in the dumps, so need the support.
