Hello if you did. I'm going to take a peek at the established WW threads, but also wanted to say hi to anyone who joined today.

I managed to weigh in at exactly the same weight I was when I first started losing weight with weightwatchers 2 years ago. Between then and now, I lost 20lb, got into a healthy weight range (just) and decided that was a healthy goal. Unfortunately I let it slip so here I am again, trying to get my head around the ppts values again.

Hello to anyone else who is new and I hope we do well.

Well done!

Now that is good Sooty! Well done!

I made the creamy chicken curry from one of the booklets tonight- absolutely delicious and very simple. Even my husband and son enjoyed it.

I'll look at that: sounds really nice. Thanks TIDDLYMUM

Hello,

Can I join you? Been going to WW now for 3 weeks and have lost 7.5 lbs, only 21lbs to go Grin

Benin doing the filling and healthy days so I don't have to count daily points just weeklies Smile

PeachyPossum · 20/05/2012 08:46

Morning all. Great to see some good losses.Grin

I'm 12lb down in 4 weeks, but I think a bit of that was changing scales. I'm feeling a bit discouraged today, I still have no period (have tested and neg thank heavens) so I wonder if the diet is having an impact. Despite a really good loss I feel heavy and bloated. Need a good kick up the rear today!

Thought it might be fun to share some tips/low pp treats etc?

The pound shop stocks lots of WW products cheaper than the big supermarkets. (I limit this bits as I prefer home cooked but handy to have!)

0 point chips - butternut squash - cut into chip shapes, spray with 1 cal oil, top with salt and pepper, and maybe some spice - these are great, it feels feeling and like you have potato but for no points.
