I'm new to these threads (usually spend too much time in s&b or the rather addicitve thread of state with people sitting in cars for 4 weeks!!). Thoguht Id better do something bout my weight. Im 11 stone 8 and 5' 4", heavier than when I gave birth 6 years ago!!
After reading the carb threads I really need to know what peoples meal plans are. Im afraid Im a porridge girl for breakfast, could I have carbs at breakfast then none, cant stand the thought of eggs or bacon.
Ive also got dh and ds to feed, not fussy eaters so could always add carbs to their foods. I just dont know what to cook except fish and veg mor chick and veg and reckon I would get fed up of that quite quick. So pretty please can you post some ideas?
